Brand New CREST Award Resources
In partnership with the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, two new CREST Awards resources have been designed to encourage students to consider issues around the climate crisis.
The new packs are for Silver Award and Gold Award level students, and include several investigative projects about hydrology. Students are asked to consider real-world issues such as flooding and drought, and how the climate crisis impacts water availability for agriculture, infrastructure, public health and more!
It is becoming increasingly important that we teach young people how climate change is continuing to affect the world around us, and how we may need to adapt in the future.
These student-led CREST projects are an excellent resource for inspiring older students to think about how STEM careers could help to create a more sustainable future.
